Reservations: a synoynm for destruction of merit??

A future scenario at a hospital in India:
a pregnant female gets sudden labor pains at home and husband rushes her to the nearest clinic.
as he arrives there and enters the hospital and being a concerned husband wants a decent room for his wife but can't get it. Guess what he is told
"sorry sir all decent rooms have been put under 50% reservation category too and we have non available". Hey all welcome to an India where if the current reservation trend continues this is ultimately what is going to end up happening. India has always persisted with failed experimental political gimmicks like reservation,debating with Pakistan over the Kashmir issue and supporting dumb ass useless countries like Palestine just to appease the left assholes. And I don't know why we have this flair and talent for continuing with failed experiments and discontinuing experiment's like disinvestment and so on. I guess it all boils down to minority appeasement and what bigger way to appease than to offer them the icing and 50% of the cake even though it is only the icing of the minority cake who get all the benefits. It's like giving them the cake and asking them to eat it too.

I was in India when arjun singh made the announcement and what irked me was the fact that not a single person in South India made hue and cry. I guess sitting far away from the border and out of danger has made us numb to the pain our north Indian brothers face coupled with the fact that there exists a medical and engineering college in every street and gully and this has made us complescent. I understand reservations for primary education and upto say class 12 but if they do not become competitive even after that what we are trying to do is getting the water to the horse and now the horse wants a straw going straight into his mouth when rather we should shove a hot rod up his arse and make him run to the water if the horse wants it.

The moment the majority start claiming their rights it is called communalism or bull crap.I still haven't seen the benefits of so called reservation and in fact it just ruins meritorious yet poor students from the majority from getting their chance at education because of this current system of reservation which weighs votes against benefits. I am disgusted and think it is a time for a student revolution in our country and high time all students regardless of geographic location who are affected by this policy put forth just to get a few votes oppose this rule and if possible do to arjun singh in real life what was done in rang de basanti.what disgusts me even more is some useless majority students supporting their minority counterparts giving dumb ass reasons like the minorities are still suppresses this enough proof that the system still doesn't work.
in fact if this reservation policy goes ahead and gets implemented the following acronyms will start to appear for all prestigious institution:
iit:idiot's institute of technology
aiims:all india institute of mentally challenged students
it's time we follow vivekanada's advice of "arise,awake and sleep not till your goal is achieved"and in our case the goal is a higher education without reservations where every student is admitted based on merit and on no other factor else this country has been set on the path to a situation akin to the one described in the first few lines of this article and reservation will permeate all walks of life and like the desert sand put everyr thing to waste.
